Well last week I ran across a tutorial on mmmcrafts on turning a pair of boot cut jeans into skinny jeans. Like the author, I have one pair of skinny jeans and could really use another to wear with a few pair of boots I have. Here's the before and after~
They turned out great, so I wore them out to dinner that night! I guess it's kind of hard to take a picture of your own legs, without a full length mirror at least.

I had to laugh, though. I grew up getting hand-me downs from older sisters who had gotten them originally from my aunt. My aunt had stylish bell-bottoms, but by the time I wore them, bell-bottoms were NOT in style. My Mom re-fashioned many a pair of jeans for us, taking off the "bell". :) Such fond memories for me.
